Founded in 2021 by Richard Betts, Vizst Technology unites three acquired businesses into a single, full-service cybersecurity and managed services provider. Based in Poole, Dorset, Vizst employs more than 45 people and supports major clients including Vodafone, the Ministry of Defence, and Crew Clothing Company.
Under Richard’s leadership, Vizst has been featured on the Sunday Times 100 Fastest Growing Businesses list, celebrated for its commitment to employee wellbeing, sustainability, and community impact and recognised as a Great Place to Work® for two consecutive years – a certification awarded purely based on anonymous employee feedback from our team. The assessment measures trust, culture, and engagement across the organisation, with results benchmarked against the world’s most successful workplaces.
Following Vizst’s high ranking in the UK listings, the company’s results now feed into Great Place to Work’s national benchmarking process – meaning Vizst actively helps shape the definition of what “good” looks like for other businesses aspiring to achieve certification in future.
