BH Live Transforms Event Marketing and Customer Experience with Wallboard Integration

The brief

BH Live is one of the UK’s leading leisure and event venue operators and with more than 5 million visits a year, it’s at the heart of the UK’s growing social economy.

With it’s registered office at the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC), one of the largest venues in Southern England, BH Live wanted to maximise advertising opportunities to the footfall regularly available on site. 

BH live were unhappy with the inadequacy of the minimal signage previously installed and wanted to increase sales with replacement and additions across site. They also needed a content management system to integrate with the current screen estate, which totalled around 100 screens. 

Our solution

Vizst Technology was able to identify dominant areas at the BIC and demonstrate how the Wallboard product would offer them the business outcomes they were looking to achieve.

Following a site visit, equipment was determined & installation was planned & executed with the highest safety standards, to accommodate for the venue being open to the public.

A support contract was also put in place for hardware & software to ensure help from Vizst’s UK-based support team whenever required. 

A large 6 screen, double sided Wallboard was installed at the top of the escalators – a highly visible spot for the main foyer, bar and hall entrances, which offered longer durations of visibility while attendees queued. All screens were installed with easy control software and training was provided so content could be adjusted accordingly.

A number of 55” and 65” LCD screens were also installed, both portrait and landscape around the building, to suit each popular environment, from food stalls to busy corridors.
