We are delighted that Vizst Technology has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6190 Technology Services 4 framework. This reinforces Vizst’s role as a trusted partner for networking, security and end user services to the public sector, delivering digital transformation across government, health, local authorities, education and other public institutions.
Vizst Technology has been named as a supplier on three lots:
- Lot 3a – End user services (lower value and complexity): end-user support, computing and device management services that help organisations maintain and improve user experience.
- Lot 4 – Infrastructure management: large, complex core IT infrastructure services such as IT operations and services, security, network infrastructure and hardware/software asset management.
- Lot 4a – Infrastructure management (lower value and complexity): less complex core IT infrastructure services such as IT operations and services, security, network infrastructure and hardware/software asset management.
Appointment to the framework alongside large system integrators and specialist technology firms, recognises Vizst Technology’s technical and operational expertise and capabilities in delivering high quality, outcome-based technology services. It places the company alongside a diverse mix of suppliers named on the framework, giving public sector customers greater choice and flexibility, when sourcing technology delivery partners.
Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £5.3 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
RM6190 provides a simple, compliant, pre-approved route to engage with Vizst Technology without the need to run a full tender process for each requirement. Customers can procure quickly through either direct award or via further competition.
The framework’s structure and terms are designed to deliver improved procurement efficiency and transparency, while encouraging competition and participation from both large, established players and smaller, agile suppliers like Vizst Technology. This aligns with broader public sector policy goals to support digital transformation and maximise value for taxpayers through streamlined and effective technology investment.
Sonia Krishnan, Bid Manager, Vizst: “Being named on the Technology Services 4 framework allows Vizst to streamline procurement processes for our customers. It makes it easier for them to work with us as we have been vetted by the framework, giving customers confidence that we are the right partner. This achievement enables Vizst Technology to deepen its engagement with public sector transformation programmes and legitimately positions us as a trusted partner for digital services across the UK’s public institutions.”
The Technology Services 4 framework is the UK public sector’s principal route to procure a wide range of technology and digital services. It is an open framework, running until December 2033 and reopening before the end of years 3 and 5. It includes a broad suite of services from strategy and consultancy through infrastructure and application management, to complex transformation programmes.
