The UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ list is determined through Great Place To Work® UK’s research-backed Trust Index™ employee survey, giving employees the opportunity to share honest, anonymous feedback about their experience at work.
The assessment explores work-life balance, fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. It also considers how consistently employees experience their workplace culture across departments and levels of seniority.
