Elite Furniture choose wow- factor for London Showroom with interactive AV install

The vision
Over 35 years, Elite Furniture has become a pivotal manufacturer of contemporary & adaptive workplace furniture.
They wanted to upgrade their in-person shopping experience to show the premium quality of service and products they provide.
Their strong accolade of certifications and accreditations confirm their competency and credibility and their client portfolio boasting Coca-Cola, Ferrari, Google, LinkedIn, BBC & Sky do a lot of the talking too, but the initial customer impression within the London showroom wasn’t doing their stature justice.

The challenges
First impressions are key in retail, and especially premium product retail, but their current showroom didn’t match up to the brand’s prestige.
Influenced by modern-day practices, they embrace innovative techniques, using sustainable materials producing efficient products that complement workplace, education and hospitality environments, these values are unique and deserve enjoyment, from browsing to testing to purchasing yet their London store wasn’t quite hitting the spot.
Elite Furniture wanted to create an immersive experience, enable increased purchase options and offer a hybrid of live and virtual assistance, giving the customers time and space as well as increasing workforce efficiency.
The solution
After site visits to Elite’s London furniture showroom, engineers took the time to understand the business outcomes & desires from Elite and the optimum placements & technology to achieve that.
To reflect the high-end furniture, super HD and thin bezel screens were used for the 3mx3m video wall, 55″ artistic portrait screens and 86″ for digital signage. Full wallboard software enable functional information and easy user experience.
Vizst’s AV experts selected technologies with wow factor and information in mind, and with such a fantastic result are now installing at Elite HQ near Hull.
