We are thrilled to share with you a momentous achievement for our Vizst Technology: we have successfully passed our external audit and attained full compliance with ISO 9001, 27001, and 14001 standards! The auditor’s commendation, stating that ours was the first company in his 350 audits to pass after just three days of a five-day audit, is a testament to our commitment to excellence. Furthermore, being only the second company ever to receive no major or minor non-compliances and no opportunities for improvements, is a remarkable feat that we’re incredibly proud of. This achievement is the culmination of the collective effort and dedication of our entire team.

ISO 9001:
Implementing the ISO 9001 standard was our initial step in this journey and required us to enhance our Quality Management Systems (QMS). For us, adherence to ISO 9001 ensures consistency in product and service delivery, meaning enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty. By implementing a robust QMS, we have transformed into a more efficient, customer focussed company that can streamline operations, minimise errors, and continually increase efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.
ISO 14001:
Recognising the importance of environmental stewardship, we pursued ISO 14001 certification which provides a framework for managing environmental impacts effectively. This standard guided us in developing a robust environmental management system, enabling us to minimise our ecological footprint. Our efforts, ranging from waste reduction to sustainable practices across all departments means we can now identify and mitigate environmental risks, reduce waste, and resource consumption, and demonstrate a commitment to sustainable practices, aligning to the values of environmentally conscious customers.
ISO 27001:
With the proliferation of cyber threats and data breaches, protecting sensitive information has never been more critical. ISO 27001 outlines best practices for implementing an information security management system (ISMS), achieving this certification required a comprehensive overhaul of our ISMS through investments in cutting-edge technologies, staff training, and stringent policies. We handle sensitive customer data so adherence to safeguarding data assets and mitigating security risks was essential for ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
