Provisioning Co-ordinator

- Manage and co-ordinate the delivery of products and solutions into the live operational environment
- Responsible for ensuring that deliveries are managed to or ahead of time, on budget and to the agreed quality standards
- Actively support the sales team in their outbound sales roles by performing fundamental sales administration tasks
- Ensure customers’ expectations are met and exceeded, that calls are answered effectively and efficiently

- Co-ordinate all Provisioning work to ensure that service live dates are met or exceeded
- To prepare, chase and process customer contracts
- Carry out non-technical provisioning of Vizst Technology Ltd’s product portfolio
- Arrange site access for engineers, co-ordinate and plan all installations, meetings and travel co-ordination
- Engage with key suppliers to ensure accurate and timely project updates are available in line with milestones in the project lifecycle
- Assist with quoting as required
- Chase customer purchase orders as required
- Chase supplier information and/or pricing as required
- Maintaining key project documentation throughout the project lifecycle including creating handover documentation
- Allocate technical installation work across teams

- Ensure effective project/ programme communication both internal and external
- Engage with and influencing other internal business functions to ensure support for the project objectives
- Provide effective project control governance and perform regular health checks, implementing remedial actions where necessary
- Ensure that project risks and issues are managed effectively and that potential issues are raised to appropriate stakeholders
- Ensure the effective management and documentation of issues and escalations raised, whilst dealing with these in a timely manner and to a successful completion. Where recurring issues are identified, ensure that these are escalated to management and that appropriate action is taken as required
- Work with delivery teams and key suppliers to plan the forward product release schedule
- Maintain scope, estimates and details of scheduled product releases and impact assess any changes
- Assist in the production and monitoring of project budgets
- Manage, forecast, monitor, control and report on project financial performance. Monitor actual costs against approved costs to ensure there is no over-expenditure and highlight projects at risk of over-expenditure taking appropriate action as required
- Co-ordinate progress reporting of all projects, plan and report on the status
- Maintain documentation and project library
- Manage smaller customers as and when needed
- Ensure that all activity is logged and documented in Autotask
- Ensure that KPIs are met or exceeded
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required

Relevant Experience and Qualifications:
Mandatory:

- GCSEs (or equivalent) grades A*- C to include Maths, English & Science
- Experience of working both in a team and independently
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
